1 pound ground beef
2 TBS butter
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 cans water
Add ingredients together and bake in covered dish.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
